At Ecoy, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our sustainable bedding and homewares. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
